Logical Model

The bus routes that we are focusing on are Lines 3 and 4 at both Kennedy Library bus ports for a total of four routes. We singled out Lines 3 and 4 because those are the buses that serve Cal Poly during the peak rush hours and have the longest queues to leave campus.

Simio Model

Data was collected during 2-7PM, which is the time block that has the most passengers. Bus Line 3B currently has two buses on its route while Lines 3A,4A, and 4B each have only one bus on its route. The raw data collected and the statistical distributions can be found in the Appendix.
